Design & Manufacturing
Design & Manufacturing
Design and manufacturing techniques/methodologies with which I am familiar include:
Parametric Modeling, Engineering Drawings, and GD&T per ASME Y14.5-2008
FDM Rapid Prototyping (3D Printing)
Anodic Coatings per MIL-A-8625
CNC Milling and Turning/Manual Milling and Turning
CNC Laser Cutting and Engraving
Sheet Metal Forming and Bending, Specifically for Electronics Enclosures
Powder Metal Sintering
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)
I modify my own prototypes and don't hesitate to roll up my sleeves. I am able to use a manual mill and lathe, as well as operate a 3D printer (Objet Alaris 30U). I also have experience with soldering for electronics, as well as welding (SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW).
